Standard Delivery

• Orders placed on workdays before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day (provided the items are in stock).

•            Postage costs:

Netherlands: free shipping. Pick up is only possible at wholesaler Beauty Injection in Nieuwegein (Nijverheidsweg 9Q, 3433NP).

Germany: € 7.95 flat rate (free from € 70)

Belgium: € 9.50 fixed rate (free from € 75)

Luxembourg € 13 (free from € 85)

• The shipping costs for shipments to other countries within Europe and Worldwide are always on request.

• If you prefer not to have your package sent by post, you can also pick up your package at our wholesaler at Nijverheidsweg 9Q in Nieuwegein.

• A letterbox package is only possible with our 'Pick-Your-Color' sample kit and only in the Netherlands. This package has no Track & Trace and is not insured.

Delivery around the holidays

Around the holidays, the delivery time may deviate from the regular delivery times of beMineral®. Our advice is to order in time to avoid disappointment during the holidays.

Ordered before 12:00 on December 25 and 26: expected delivery date 28 December (because of Christmas).

Ordered before 12:00 PM on January 31 and January 1: expected delivery date January 3 (due to New Year's Eve/New Year's Day).

 

Return Policy

Please read the return information below carefully before returning your item(s) and then go through the following steps.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with us within fourteen days of delivery without stating reasons. We ask you to contact us within fourteen days about your return. The costs for return shipment are for your own account and beMineral® will not reimburse.

Wrong product received/ordered

If you have unexpectedly received or ordered a wrong product, please contact us to arrange the return and new order. We can be reached via [email protected]

Excluded from right of withdrawal

A small number of articles are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We return opened packages at your expense.

Return an item

Step 1

Please contact us within fourteen days after receiving your order before returning the items! Only then we can process your request.

We request that you keep your order number/ invoice number and article number to hand for a quick and correct handling.

Step 2

Send your package in sufficiently stamped sealed packaging with a copy of the invoice/packing slip/return form to:

As soon as your package has arrived with us, we will contact you about the handling.

Tip: always keep the Track & Trace code of your return! beMineral® is not liable for returns that are lost before they are received by us. Refunds are, in that case, not possible.

 

Compensation

After receiving your package, your items will be checked. If your returned item(s) have been approved after inspection, they will be reimbursed. We will refund the amount to the account number you used when purchasing.
