1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’) with beMineral®, hereinafter referred to as ‘us’ or ‘we’, via website, mobile website, mobile app or via phone (collectively referred to as “beMineral.com”).

By using bemineral.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the ‘Terms’). Please read and understand the terms and conditions before placing your order.

Only persons of 18 years or older who are not under guardianship and who do not act in the capacity of a company (provided with our approval), with a residential address in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (with the exception of the BES and ABC islands) can place an order. Are you under 18? Ask permission from your parent(s)/guardian(s).

The fact that products or services are offered on bemineral.com at any time does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without notice to you. The version of the terms and conditions applicable to your order is the version available on bemineral.com at the time of placing your order.

We want to provide you with the best possible online experience. To make this possible, we need to make sure our services run seamlessly. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that may be harmful or adversely affect our businesses, products, or services; (ii) act in a manner that or use any device that restricts, harms, hinders or inhibits other users from using or enjoying the website, or affects the security of the website, or (iii) not using any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including, but not limited to, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate and search the website, or to copy content from the website. We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

 

2. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on bemineral.com for consumers include the statutory VAT, but exclude the shipping costs. Printing, typing errors and price changes reserved.

Orders placed on workdays before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day, provided items are in stock.

Shipping costs Benelux, Germany and Luxembourg

The Netherlands € 6.95 fixed rate (within the Netherlands: free from € 65). Collection only possible at wholesaler Beauty Injection in Nieuwegein.

Germany: € 7.95 flat rate (free from €70)

Belgium: € 9.50 fixed rate (free from €75)

Luxembourg € 13 (free from €85)

Shipping costs Europe and Worldwide

The shipping costs for shipments to other countries within Europe and Worldwide are always on request. Please contact one of our sales staffs at [email protected].

 

3. Order/contract conclusion

You can order via bemineral.com

To be able to order, you must register yourself through the website. In this way we can send you a confirmation after placing an order and keep you informed of the delivery date.

 

4. Delivery

beMineral® strives to dispatch orders placed on workdays before 12:00 on the same day, so you will receive it the next working day. Although we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unexpected events.

Before you place an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery time. If your order does not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us at [email protected]

If you prefer not to have your package sent by post, you can also pick up your package at our wholesaler at Nijverheidsweg 9Q in Nieuwegein.

Delivery around the holidays

Around the holidays, the delivery time may deviate from the regular delivery times of beMineral®. Our advice is to order in time to avoid disappointment during the holidays.

5. Cancellation of an order

If you wish to return one or more items, please read our return policy first. You can cancel or return your order from the date you received the order up to fourteen days after receipt of the ordered items. You will receive the amount paid by you excluding the standard shipping costs and excluding the return shipping costs, if this is the case. The amount will be refunded to the account number you used when placing your order.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please inform us either by email [email protected] or by filling in the contact form on the site. Return the items as stated below in paragraph 6 (Returns) and our returns policy within fourteen days as stated in paragraph 5 above. We will try to refund the money as soon as possible and in the same way as you paid at the latest 14 days after receipt of your cancellation, provided we have received the items.

The provisions in these terms and conditions do not limit any legal rights.

 

6. Returns

beMineral® guarantee a full refund of returned items pursuant to paragraph 5 (Revocation of an order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were when they were received. This means that the items may not be damaged, altered, opened or used.

You can have the return package sent via any parcel service of your choice.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed

 

7. Payment methods

You can pay for your items in several ways indicated below.

Credit or debit card

You can fill in your payment details when ordering and use a valid credit or debit card with VISA or Mastercard logo. The relevant amount will be immediately reserved on your credit/debit card and will only be debited after the goods have been dispatched. beMineral® reserves the right to check the validity of the credit/debit card, as well as the credit limit in relation to the order amount and whether the address details of the buyer are correct. Based on these checks, we can refuse an order.

• iDEAL

During the ordering process you will be directed to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via iDeal if you use online banking. Your payment will be debited from your account immediately.

• Paypal

You can also pay for your order via the secure Paypal environment.

• Bancontact

During the ordering process you will be directed to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via Bancontact if you use online banking. Your payment will be debited from your account immediately.

 

8. Our liability

These terms and conditions do not limit or exclude beMineral®'s liability for matters that we cannot limit or exclude by law.

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on bemineral.com is limited to the total amount of your order.

 

9. Warranty

If the items you have purchased show defects, beMineral® will fully comply with the legal warranty regulations. If you have a complaint as a result of an obvious manufacturing defect with regard to goods supplied by us, you can inform us, after which we will handle the complaint in an appropriate manner.

 

10. Transfer

beMineral® reserves the right to transfer or assign to a third party any claims for payment (including any payment terms) in connection with the delivery of goods.

 

11. Inviolability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or void by any court or legislator, the remaining Terms will survive.

 

12. Proprietary Rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights in bemineral.com/ are vested in beMineral and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of bemineral.com or its contents, including copying or storing such contents in whole or in part, other than for your own personal and non-commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission from bemineral®.
